Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Amr Talaat said that Dr. Mostafa Madbouli, the Prime Minister, has issued a decision to renew the appointment of Issam Mohamed El Sagheer Mohamed Nasr as Chairman of the National Postal Authority for a year starting July 16, 2019.
Esam Al Sagheer has over 30 years of experience in the field of information technology and is a distinguished expert in the development and automation of operational services and procedures, particularly postal services. For 18 years he has been developing and automating postal services and logistics operations at Emirates Post Group. Design and development of multiple sets of systems at the global level to automate all postal and non-postal services and operational processes and convert them to electronic services and submit them through the smart government, which achieved the highest level of quality and monitoring the standards of ADA Services provided to customers and reduce operational costs.
He has also participated in several strategic projects specialized in the development of postal systems in most countries of the world, for example Japan, Germany, Switzerland, England, Ireland, India, Denmark and has helped these global projects to form a network of international relations in various relevant bodies and companies.
The small infirmary is a specialist in the UPU regulations and rules, and the establishment of GIS databases. The Postal Union has worked as a technical consultant for the development of postal services and postal code systems. Design and implementation of the largest and most recent project for sorting, automation and tracking systems at the regional level.
Issam Al Saghir was born in 1963 and received a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University in 1986 and a number of specialized international and regional diplomas in information technology, design and development of electronic systems and their use in developing and automating services, monitoring performance indicators and reducing operational costs.
