Huawei becomes the first strategic partner to join the initiative in the field of technical training and qualification.
The Academy aims to train qualified cadres on the latest technological specializations required locally and regionally. As the Technology Partner, Huawei is committed to build the academy, providing virtual labs and advanced educational materials, and fully covering the costs of training and certifying instructors to enable the training of a batch of 600 trainees during the first year. For its part, EiTESAL acts as the Executive Partner, responsible for attracting trainees, managing and organizing the training programs, and overseeing quality control to ensure the strategic objectives of this partnership are met.
The Academy aims to prepare qualified professionals equipped with the technical and practical skills required by the labor market, with a focus on the latest technology specializations witnessing growing demand locally and regionally.
EiTESAL will act as the local implementing partner for the initiative through managing and organizing the training programs, attracting trainees, supervising the implementation and quality of training, and maintaining ongoing coordination with Huawei to ensure the achievement of the partnership’s objectives.
This partnership reflects a growing trend toward strengthening cooperation between technology ecosystem institutions and global companies, supporting Egypt’s strategy to build a knowledge- and innovation-based digital economy while enhancing the competitiveness of Egyptian talents in the ICT sector.
