Within the framework of Orange’s permanent keenness to provide the best communication and data transmission services in accordance with its slogan “We bring you closer to what you care about”, it has cooperated with the National Communications Regulatory Authority to review the sites of quarantine hospitals throughout Egypt and has increased the network capacity in these sites to ensure continued communication between both patients and crews Medical care inside these hospitals with their loved ones is everywhere for more healthy closeness and reassurance.
In addition, Orange is working to review and secure the existing stations in those locations around the clock. Orange raced to ensure the best services for the first line of defense from doctors and nursing staff and help services who risk their lives to alleviate the pain and treatment of those with corona virus in appreciation of their extraordinary effort.
As an additional indication of this appreciation, Orange has prioritized, through a new service for medical staff, when they visit the company's branches throughout the Republic to ensure that their transactions are completed as quickly as possible without long waiting until they can return to begin their noble role in community service.
In cooperation with the People of Egypt Foundation for Development, and under the supervision of the Ministries of Health, Population and Social Solidarity, Orange completed the establishment of a complete network for communication services that includes 4G services to provide high-speed internet in a building affiliated to the Foundation, which was converted into a quarantine hospital with a capacity of 600 people and opens within days.
