Vertiv Appoints IoT Misr as Diamond Partner in Egypt

Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, today announced the appointment of IoT Misr as a Vertiv Diamond Partner in Egypt. The announcement comes at a pivotal time as Egypt’s data center sector continues to grow, driven by the growing adoption of cloud services, artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation and advanced connectivity.
According to 2026 research from Arizton, the local market is projected to expand from USD 305 million in 2025 to USD 865 million by 2031, representing a CAGR of 18.97%. Through this expanded partnership, Vertiv will work with IoT Misr to strengthen customer access to Vertiv’s portfolio of power, cooling and digital infrastructure solutions, .As a Vertiv Diamond Partner, IoT Misr will have access to enhanced training, technical resources, and collaboration with Vertiv teams, helping customers deploy and support critical digital infrastructure more effectively.
Ehab El Hefnawy, regional director for Northeast Africa at Vertiv, said the expanded relationship will further strengthen both companies’ capabilities to support the availability and improved efficiency of data centers, telecommunications networks, and mission-critical applications.

Vertiv brings decades of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting data center infrastructure, helping customers address changing digital workloads and operational requirements,” El Hefnawy said.

A range of Vertiv solutions and services will be available to customers through IoT Misr, spanning critical power solutions, including uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and power distribution; thermal management systems; integrated and modular data center infrastructure; racks and containment; and monitoring and management solutions. The collaboration will also provide access to project and commissioning services, preventive maintenance, technical support, and lifecycle services designed to help customers maintain, optimize, and extend the lifecycle of their critical infrastructure.
The combination of Vertiv’s established portfolio and IoT Misr’s deep expertise will also help local organisations to address infrastructure requirements associated with high-growth technologies and workloads, including AI, cloud computing, edge computing, 5G networks, and high-performance computing (HPC).
The collaboration is underpinned by a shared focus on energy-efficient data center solutions that can help organizations to optimize operational efficiency, improve resource utilization, strengthen infrastructure resilience and reliability, and bolster business continuity in increasingly sophisticated and complex digital environments
