CAISEC’25 to Launch Fourth Edition on May 25 Under the Auspices of the Prime Minister

    Mercury Communications has announced the fourth edition of the Cyber and Information Security Exhibition and Conference (CAISEC’25) the most comprehensive and influential cybersecurity event in Egypt and the region. The conference will take place on May 25–26, 2025, at the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski Hotel in Cairo, under the esteemed patronage of His Excellency Dr. Mostafa Madbouly the Prime Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt and with the support of Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, alongside nine other key ministries, regional organizations, and leading technology and cybersecurity companies from the worldwide.

    Held under the slogan “Securing Futures, Bridging Technologies,” CAISEC’25 is organized in collaboration with the Arab Information and Communication Technologies Organization (AICTO) and in media partnership with United Media Services. This edition marks the largest in the event's history, building on the success of three previous rounds since 2022.

    CAISEC has firmly established itself as a regional hub for cybersecurity thought leadership, bridging technological innovation, commercial demand, and national security priorities. The event brings together experts, government officials, innovators, academics, and private sector leaders to shape the digital security landscape and boost resilience against future challenges.

    During the press conference unveiling CAISEC’25, Ossama Kamal, Chairman & CEO of Mercury Communications, extended his gratitude to the event’s government supporters and sponsors, most notably H.E. Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly. Kamal emphasized that CAISEC has emerged as Egypt’s flagship cybersecurity platform, and is now recognized among the top three most respected and innovative cybersecurity conferences in the Arab world.

    For the second year in a row, H.E. Ambassador Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, will attend the conference. He will be joined by official delegates from eight Arab countries, whose national cybersecurity councils will be honored with the Arab Shield of Excellence in Cybersecurity Management and Enhancement. The honored countries include: Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Qatar, and Morocco.

    This year’s edition enjoys the patronage and support of several key Egyptian ministries, including the Ministries of Communications and Information Technology, Foreign Affairs, Military Production, Finance, Planning and Economic Development, International Cooperation, Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Civil Aviation, Health and Population, and Water Resources and Irrigation.

    Additionally, CAISEC’25 is supported by regional and national cybersecurity institutions including the Egyptian Supreme Cybersecurity Council, the National Cybersecurity Agency (Qatar), the National Cybersecurity Center (Bahrain), the Egyptian Computer Emergency Readiness Team (EG-CERT), and the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.     CAISEC’25 will host more than 180 speakers, including senior representatives from governments, international organizations, and the world’s leading cybersecurity and technology companies. Over 5,000 professionals and decision-makers from sectors such as finance, energy, AI, critical infrastructure, and fintech are expected to attend. More than 40 sponsors and exhibitors, both local and international, will showcase cutting-edge technologies and live demonstrations that define the future of cyber defense.
