The National Bank of Egypt, in collaboration with Mastercard, has announced the launch of the USD Corporate Debit Card, a breakthrough solution designed to empower Egyptian businesses - from large corporates to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with seamless access to global commerce.

Soha El Turky, Deputy CEO at NBE, stated that the collaboration with Mastercard marks a significant milestone in NBE’s ongoing commitment to empowering Egyptian businesses. Through this strategic alliance, we are equipping both SMEs and large corporates with innovative payment solutions that simplify cross-border transactions and enable secure, seamless USD payments to international suppliers, service providers, and digital platforms.

She added that the collaboration positions businesses to participate more fully in the global economy, unlock new growth opportunities, and compete with confidence internationally. At the same time, it supports the advancement of Egypt's digital payments infrastructure, enabling seamless cross-border commerce and international payments. This contributes to a more connected and efficient payments ecosystem that drives sustainable growth, improves business operations, and strengthens the resilience of enterprises across the country.

The USD Corporate Debit Card is now available through NBE branches across Egypt, providing businesses with immediate access to secure, USD-denominated payments backed by Mastercard’s global network and NBE’s trusted banking expertise.
