In the framework of the successful partnership between the two companies, Telecom Egypt and Etisalat Egypt have signed four cooperation agreements aimed at maximizing interest and providing the best services to the customers of the two companies for the first time in the Egyptian market.
The fixed-line agreements provide Egypt Telecom a fixed landline service by using some parts of the Telecom Egypt network. Telecom Egypt has expertise in this area, which defines the commercial and legal relationship between the two companies and aims to guarantee and protect the rights of customers. Etisalat Egypt has been able to provide landline service to its customers through its branches throughout the country, under the licenses obtained by Telecom Egypt to provide fixed line services and conducted the necessary technical tests Over the past months to ensure that the best quality service can be connected to the customers of Egypt Telecom.
With regard to the availability agreements, which is to provide Egypt Telecom VDSL technology to its fixed Internet customers, Etisalat will start offering unique services and unprecedented speeds for its customers at speeds of up to 30 Mbps up to 100 Mbps. The pricing of bitstream services On the volume of sold capacity, in order to enjoy the maximum speed depending on the network of the Telecom Egypt, which has seen a significant development in the recent period.
