Samsung Electronics Egypt announced its collaboration as a platinum partner with B.Tech, Egypt's leading omnichannel retailer of consumer electronics, home appliances, and financing services, in the B-TechMAX store, the largest experience concept for electronic and household appliances in Africa. Aiming to completely transform the shopping experience in the region.
Combining a wide range of leading consumer products with exceptional customer service, B-TechMAX aligns with the two entities’ commitment to supporting the digital and technological economy and enhancing the latest technological shopping experience, reinforcing their reputation as trailblazers in the region's digital and technological landscape. The gigantic store aims to provide an extraordinary, more convenient, and seamless shopping experience as it is innovatively designed to deliver an interactive experience, enabling customers to try out the devices and learn about all their features before making a purchase decision.
B-TechMAX was inaugurated at the beginning of this month with the presence of Seong H. Cho, President of Samsung Electronics MENA, and Dr. Mahmoud Khattab, CEO of B.Tech. Located on the Ring Road, it spans over more than 3,000 square meters on a single floor and showcases a wide array of Samsung products with exclusive promotions, including the latest display screens, smartphones, and home appliances.

Last year, Samsung signed a cooperation agreement with B.Tech to utilize the first electronic media network for retail stores, B.Tech, operates with the latest AI technologies within its branches. Thanks to this technology, Samsung successfully marketed its TVs through more than 1,000 AI-powered screens in B.Tech's 185 branches across Egypt. This provides precise data and clear insights for developing innovative marketing plans aimed at maximizing return on investment and improving operational efficiency, thereby attracting more customers.
