Orange, the fastest network in Egypt, announced its cooperation with Avaya, the global technology solutions provider, to provide distance learning technology in Egypt through the application of Avaya spaces.

The move comes within the framework of Orange Egypt's keenness to support and support the educational process, especially after the government decision to suspend work in schools for a period of two weeks in the context of precautionary measures to combat the emerging corona virus "Covid 19". On the other hand, Orange works in light of its social responsibility towards the Egyptian society and youth by making all possible efforts to contribute to the development of Egyptian society. According to the cooperation between "Orange Egypt" and "Avaya", the Avaya Spaces application will be provided to all educational institutions, including schools and universities.

The application provides multiple services for professors, students and even parents, in order to facilitate communication between them and provide the educational service with the highest possible quality. The services available to teachers vary between holding virtual semesters, writing to all students, and working on academic projects, as well as many other possibilities that the application reveals.

For students, they will be able to participate in virtual classrooms using any type of smart devices and from anywhere, with the ability to download study materials and send academic assignments to teachers electronically. As for parents, the application will allow them to hold meetings with professors, share inquiries and notes, and hold a special forum to discuss parents and direct communication With a teacher, director, or staff at the educational institution.
