ArpuPlus, a pioneering provider of value-added mobile and telecommunication services in the Middle East and emerging markets, has announced its partnership with famous musician and singer Hamid El Shaeri for the exclusive digital distribution of his brand-new album ‘Ana Baba.’
The songs in the new album will be distributed and made available across all applications and digital music portals and platforms, including YouTube, Anghami, Spotify, Deezer, iTunes, Huawei Music ‘Ana Baba’ marks El Shaeri’s return to the music scene after 14 years of hiatus. His last album, ‘Roh El Samara,’ which contained 10 songs, was released in 2006.
Each single in ‘Ana Baba,’ El Shaeri’s 18th album, will be released using the latest technological innovations one after another, or one song every several days, to help build hype and receive more positive audience response.
For this latest project, El Shaeri collaborated with popular young poets and established musicians and composers who have been actively part of the music industry in the Arab world. Through a set of carefully selected and composed new songs, he aims to reach out to the youth and reflect the aspirations of his audience in his music in honor of his fans who have waited many years for his comeback.
Produced by music production company ‘Camp,’ the album contains many hit songs, including ‘Eallty’; and ‘Ya Dunya,’ a duet with young artist Youssef.
