This came during the speech of Dr. Amr Talaat, who delivered during the celebration of the Association of Communication “ Eitesal “- a civil society organization working in the ICT sector - on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of its establishment; in the presence of the Board of Directors of the Communication Association headed by Dr. Hazem Tahawi, The Middle East and North Africa region is the second largest in the Middle East and North Africa in terms of volume of investments in emerging companies and is the fastest growing country in the region in terms of growth and maturity of the entrepreneurial climate, up 6% over the previous year.

Dr. Amr Talaat reviewed the most important indicators, the most important of which is the increase in the number of trainees enrolled in the training programs offered by the IT institutes and the National Telecom from 4000 to 5200, an increase of 20% , With the aim of increasing training opportunities through the establishment of 6 new branches of the contractors during the current year, bringing the number to 11 branches at the level of the Republic, noting that the average rate of operation in the program "9 months" implemented by the Institute of Information Technology has reached 83% In some 100% were trained and certified in the field of software and integrated systems and the quality and development of software through the SECC by 34%; while the Future Technology Pioneers initiative has graduated 1500 certified international certifications Of the world's leading universities and international companies with an increase of 11%. Dr. Amr Talaat reviewed the efforts being made in the framework of the work towards improving the services of telecommunications, the Internet and the information infrastructure, including the opening of a new center specialized in measuring the quality of voice service and mobile internet at the level of the Republic through modern and more accurate devices. 3 times, and that those services are also available in Internet service providers.
The Minister of Communications also addressed the projects implemented by the Ministry to contribute to the transformation of the digital community.
