While global projections suggest that the sales volume of e-commerce, supported by online procurement, will reach 49 billion Dollars by the end of this year, 2021, Wuilt platform, the leading company in Arabic website building services and connection solutions among e-commerce platforms and digital payments, enhances its strategic vison to support the small and medium enterprises sector in the Arab world, a vision based on providing a full package of services and advanced solutions for creating and managing Arabic language supported websites, a unique competitive advantage that makes Wuilt the best and the most popular with various sectors in the region.
Since its establishment in early 2019, as the top ranking Arabic platform in terms of user-friendliness, performance speed and the least cost for entrepreneurs and startups, Wuilt managed to serve more than 70,000 users in the Arab world, with the availability of an integrated team for technical support in both Arabic and English languages, as well as a set of pre-designed section blocks, with user’s ability to customize the color palettes, font combinations, pictures and so on.
Ahmed Rostom, the co-founder and CEO of Wuilt, said, “Since the first day of our Arabic platform establishment, we have been fully aware of the promising opportunities in the various markets of the region, specifically with the startups, the innovators and creative project owners. Especially, we have monitored firm steps and clear needs that lie in consolidating the digital identity of entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises.”
Rostom also noted that the company’s ambitious vision of building an Arabic platform with global advantages is combined with the fresh opportunity as a consequence of the radical changes in marketing tools, caused by the implications of the global Coronavirus pandemic.
The development and integration is more reliant on digital gates to connect all service ends, including websites, the marketing identity, a store that allows customers access to products and services and digital systems for delivery, payment and collection.
“In spite of the deep economic contraction the world is witnessing as a result of the epidemic, we can describe our self as fortunate, since the pandemic led us to achieve growth rates that reached 600% in 2020, compared to the rates of 2019. We will keep moving forward towards our basic goals which are meeting the Arabic language supported needs for all companies, working on raising the community awareness of coping with variables, meeting the increasing demand on digital marketing tools, and maximizing the alternative marketing solutions in the midst of the new social distancing procedures,” he added.
It should be noted that Wuilt is playing solo through providing the trial version of the first tool for creating websites via WhatsApp, a version that relies on artificial intelligence techniques.
Knowing that the announcement of the official launch of the service and its development is expected by the second quarter of this year, Wuilt is also considered as the first platform to provide the service of building a fully integrated online store, along with website creation and management services for its customers.
It is worth mentioning that, in early 2021, Wuilt received $735,000 in seed funding, from UK-based MENA Technology Fund, Saudi’s Daal VC, and Flat6Labs Cairo.
