Bee Smart Payment Solutions has fulfilled the requirements of PCI DSS and successfully passed its first official assessment. The audit process was preceded by a complex preparation program.

Such certification FinTech applying the global Data Security Standards, set by the largest global organizations such Visa and MasterCard, which guarantee the securitization of data related to payment or credit cards industry and provide the customers with the highest service and safety levels.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit cards from the major card schemes. The PCI Standard is mandate by the card brands and administered by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. The standard was create to increase controls around cardholder data to reduce credit card fraud. The idea of PCI DSS is to protect the entire card data flow. The standard is in practice focused on both the merchant and the institutions that process and collect the card data.
