realme, the world’s fastest-growing smartphone brand, has continued its strong growth momentum in 5G smartphones.

The Number Series, the hero product line of realme's smartphone, has reached 40 million shipments as of Q3 2021, one of the fastest smartphone product lines in the world to achieve this achievement.

realme's Number Series will soon release the new realme 9 Pro Series to the global market, including the first Pro+ product, and realme also announced that the realme 9 Pro series is all 5G product.

realme 9 Series will be available soon in Egypt

realme announced that the realme 9  series will be available in the Egyptian market starting with the realme 9i and will be followed by other devices like realme 9 Pro and realme 9 Pro+. As result of the partnership between realme and Qualcomm on the GT series, the realme 9i will be available in the Egyptian market soon as the first in the segment equipped with the Sanpdragon 680 processor.

According to the latest data released by market analyst firm Counterpoint Research, realme was the fastest growing 5G Android smartphone brand globally in Q3 2021 with robust growth in India, China and Europe. realme was able to out-grow the market with its 5G smartphone sales growing 831% YoY comparing to the global growth rate of 121%.

According to Strategy Analytics, realme’s number series was ranked No. 4 as of Q3 2021 by consolidated shipments among the “New Age Smartphone Families”, which has been pivotal to its scale up to be the fastest brand ever to ship 100 million units in the entire smartphone history.

New Age Smartphone Families are defined as smartphone product line launched since 2018, including Reno from OPPO, iQoo from vivo and Galaxy M from Samsung.

As one of the fastest Android smartphone product lines to reach 40 million shipments, the realme Number series achieve this milestone in only 14 quarters after realme 1 launched in 2018. Before that, only Samsung A Series, Xiaomi Redmi Series, Oppo A Series, and Vivo iQoo Series, reached this milestone.
