PUBG MOBILE is proud to announce that Team Nigma Galaxy, who won the treble in the Spring competitive season of PUBG MOBILE, has become the new champion team in the latest PMPL Middle East & Africa Championship Spring 2022 with five ‘Chicken Dinners’ during the finals and 321 total points. Topping the overall leaderboard, Nigma Galaxy scored 83 points higher than their closest competitor and earned a total of $40,000 USD.
The first runner-up, Yalla Esports had a great comeback performance in the last two days of the championship managing to score two ‘Chicken Dinners’ and 238 points. Securing their second place in PMPL Middle East & Africa Spring 2022, Yalla Esports won a prize total of $28,000 USD.
Team Falcons maintained consistency in their play throughout the competition after struggling on the first day of the championship. Team Falcons managed to step up their game by the end of the competition scoring two ‘Chicken Dinners’ and a total of 216 points.
Landing third place in the championship, the team won a total of $18,000 USD.
Yalla Esports’ Ragnar managed to score the highest number of eliminations, a total of 48, making him the top Fragger among his competitors. Ragnar has earned a total of $2,000 USD as the championship’s MVP. Nigma Galaxy’s LORD got the second place in Top Fraggers with only one point of difference at 47 eliminations.
The four-day championship featured a special appearance by 3ammar Basha and Leah Hamzeh, who kicked off with predictions about the ‘Winner Winner Chicken Dinner’ winners. Pro-players and casters made predictions on their final points and rewards. After the championship, PUBG MOBILE unlocked PMPL Middle East & Africa Spring 2022 rewards from the Esports Center.
The championship kicked off on the 26th of May and concluded on the 29th of May. Within the four days, the competition saw exciting plays and a high number of eliminations by the top players.
Nigma Galaxy has now won the treble in the Spring competitive season of PUBG MOBILE.
