    Etisalat company from e& organized a press conference to present its future plans for the year 2023 and the latest developments reached by the Etisalat Misr network and its superiority in the race for the quality of services provided to customers during the past year 2022, in the presence of a number of the company’s executive leaders and elite journalists and media professionals, as the organization of this conference comes within the framework of Etisalat strategy from e& expansion, and its constant keenness to activate the principle of participation and mutual dialogue with all its success partners in order to maintain its leadership and strengthen its position in the market.

     

    For his part, Eng. Hazem Metwally, CEO of "Etisalat from e&" said he was pleased with this annual meeting to share the company's future plans and achievements under exceptional circumstances, stressing that Etisalat was able to achieve positive results during 2022 in light of the rebranding to e& in The framework for transforming from a telecom company into an integrated group in the field of technology investment.

     

    He indicated that "Etisalat from e&" focuses within its future plans on continuously developing and improving its services, adding new dimensions and greater added value to its customers through solutions and services based on the latest digital methods to meet customers' needs and aspirations for a better future.

     

    He explained that the company is keen to increase its investments aimed at developing and improving service and networks, as well as strengthening financial inclusion mechanisms, by providing many solutions for the digitization of financial services, in a way that supports the country's plans for digital transformation.

     

    Metwalli praised the results achieved by the e&group at the regional and local levels, noting that the group ranked in the "Brand Finance Global 500" report for the year 2023 as the strongest brand in all sectors in the Middle East and Africa for the year 2022, with a score of 89.1 out of 100, to achieve that classification.     For his part, Eng. Ahmed Yehia, CEO of the Personal Sector at Etisalat Misr, said: “Etisalat from e& has succeeded in reaching 30 million customers with its services, and achieved an increase in the number of stations by more than 35% compared to last year, and an increase in the number of users of VoLte technology by more than 250%.” .

     

    He explained that Etisalat Cash services achieved a significant growth that reached 400% nationwide, and the company also aims for this sector to achieve at least 10% of Etisalat’s revenues during the year 2025, pointing out that the My Etisalat application witnessed an increase in the percentage of the digital services customer base by It exceeds 20% compared to 2021.

     

    Based on its vision of becoming an integrated technology company, Etisalat Misr seeks to diversify its range of products offered to individual and institutional clients, and attaches great importance to the financing sector.
