Way Joy has announced that the first International Vapor Expo (Vape Expo) in Dubai will be launched from 18 to 20 March 2020 at Festival Arena, Intercontinental Dubai Festival City. Terry Ho, the founder of Yue Joy, and organizer of the first Vape Expo electronic fumigation exhibition in China, expects the UAE and other countries in the Middle East will soon witness a new golden era for the electronic fumigation and smoking industry.
Chinese customs data shows that e-cigarette exports to the UAE grow 100% in October 2019 and a new set of standards developed by the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology to legalize the sale and use of electronic smoking devices in the region will enter into force as of mid-April.
He explained that the new laws issued by the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology indicate that manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers are now allowed to sell electronic fumigation and smoking products in the country as long as they meet the new standards. We also notice the interest of a wide segment of users in the Middle East region in experimenting with electronic fumigation as an effective way to quit regular smoking. I think it is time to enter this new market. "
According to Chinese customs data and statistics of the China Electronic Cigarette Association, Hu confirmed that the global e-cigarette market reached 33 billion US dollars in 2019, an annual increase of 106.25%, or 14 times since the development of the industry since 2012. As for the Chinese market, it reached Its size reached $ 7.87 billion in 2019, including export sales of $ 6.26 billion. China is the source of more than 90% of the world's e-cigarette products, while the size of the United States market reached $ 16 billion in 2019.
Increased awareness of the harmful effects of regular cigarette smoking was one of the main drivers observed in the market, as changing consumer trends and the increase in the number of electronic vaporizers stores, as well as new product innovations, fueled the growth of the vaporizer and electronic cigarette market.
It is noteworthy that, given the opportunities in the market, the Vape Expo electronic fumigation exhibition aims to present well-known international brands of e-smoking products and technologies to consumers in the Middle East. The exhibition also aims to build bridges for more brands to explore and absorb this new market and create a communication platform for the public to learn more about the electronic fumigation industry.
The exhibition will also witness the "Electronic Steaming Summit", which will be held to encourage open discussions and networking. Key words will be given on public safety and health, product development, market analysis and laws and regulations. The exhibition will also provide a platform to launch some of the leading brands' offerings
