Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, through its global social impact platform Foundever.org, is entering a new phase of its partnership with Carerha by launching round 5 of the FreelanceMama program — a collaborative initiative designed to empower women through upskilling and career readiness.

Following a successful 2024, which supported over 100 women with training in graphic design, content creation, virtual assistance, and social media moderation, the renewed agreement sets an ambitious new goal: to support a total of 150 women by the end of 2025. Already, this collaboration has delivered over 6,000 hours of training, achieved a 20% employability rate— with even greater impact expected in the year ahead.

As part of a broader commitment to inclusive employment and career development, Foundever will also inaugurate a new Talent Hub at City Stars, Cairo, on May 27, 2025. This dedicated space will function as a recruitment and interview center, reinforcing efforts to create sustainable career pathways for diverse talent in Egypt’s customer experience sector.

The event will be attended by Chris Halbard, CEO of the EMEA region, and Benedita Miranda, General Manager of Near/Offshore EMEA (including Egypt). On this occasion, the official signing of the renewed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Foundever and Carerha will take place, marking a continued commitment to meaningful, inclusive change.

A panel debate will also be held during the event, moderated by Shorouk Rabie, and featuring Benedita Miranda, Mariana Diniz (VP Digital Services), and Jesse Radwan (Founder and CEO of Carerha), discussing the role of purposeful partnerships, inclusion, and digital skills in shaping the future of work for women in Egypt.

Waleed Mostafa, a prominent Egyptian social media influencer with over 1 million followers on Instagram and 1.2 million on TikTok, known for his engaging content and advocacy work, will also be present at the inauguration.

“This renewed partnership is about long-term impact. Together with Carerha, we’re creating more than jobs — we’re enabling women and mothers to shape their futures and become drivers of economic change,” said Mina Wahba, Country Director, Egypt.

“Our partnership with Foundever goes beyond training programs- its about access, visibility, and women empowerment. With each round of FreelanceMama, we’re unlocking real economic opportunities for Women across Egypt as part of our social responsibility towards the society and the women industry,” said Jessy Radwan, Founder & CEO of Carerha.

“The Talent Hub at City Stars is a concrete step toward building a more inclusive labor market. It’s a space where potential meets opportunity — and where women can access real paths to growth in the CX industry,” said Nahla Rashed, Foundever Egypt HR Manager.

Through this partnership, Foundever and Carerha continue to lead the way in purpose-driven collaboration, proving that #CXforGood is not just a movement — it’s a mission, with tangible, measurable outcomes for women, communities, and the future of work.
