intella, MENA’s first real-time intelligence provider, announced its partnership with Huawei, a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices, to advance its Arabic Speech-To-Text technology. The partnership targets the creation of new commercial opportunities and the development of new use cases for intella’s AI-based technology. Additionally, this partnership aims at deepening the integration between intella Voice and Huawei OpenLab; allowing Huawei to utilize intella’s core technology to build AI products using its own interface.
intella Voice, the most accurate multi-dialect Arabic voice transcriber, helps unlock conversational intelligence by allowing Arabic speakers to accurately get their voices captured. With 95.7% average accuracy across 25 Arabic dialects, the new AI-based application can be used in chatbots and voice assistants, customer service centers, emergency hotlines, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. Using natural language processing models, the machine learning-powered application gets smarter every time it’s used. Thus, the partnership will enable both parties to seize commercial opportunities and enter new potential markets, combining intella’s AI-powered innovations and Huawei’s private and public cloud capabilities...

It’s worth mentioning that intella has secured $1 million seed financing early this year. Founded in 2021 by Nour Taher and Omar Mansour, the MENA region’s first real-time intelligence provider, intella, has, thus far, succeeded in making intelligence available to all with faster, more accurate, more scalable AI models made possible by end-to-end deep learning.
