I. Bidding conditions
Commissioned by Egypt's TEDA Special Zone Development Company, Infra Group conducts international procurement through two open tender:
1. Medium and Low-voltage power cables, electrical distributor equipment and road lightings supply materials
2. Water pipes supply materials
For the Municipal infrastructure project of Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Extension Phase II (Stage III).
II. Project name and project content
(1) Project name: Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone expansion area Phase II municipal infrastructure project (Phase III) Procurement of
a. Medium and Low-voltage power cables, electrical distributor equipment and road lightings supply materials.
b. Water pipes supply materials
(2) Project location: The project is located in the extension zone of Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, TEDA, Industrial Zone, Suez Canal Economic Zone, Egypt.
(3) Bidding content:
a. Medium and Low-voltage power cables, electrical distributor equipment and road lightings supply materials.
b. Water pipes supply materials,
The specific technical indicators and engineering requirements are subject to bidding documents, lists, drawings.
(4) Supply period: 120 working days after signing the contract
(5) Quality requirements: meet the Egyptian customs import standards and project acceptance standards
III. Supplier qualification requirements
(1) The enterprise business license within the validity period;
(2) If the bidder is the manufacturer of the product, provide its production proof documents; If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the product, provide its sales or import and export qualification documents;
IIII. Deadline for announcement and acquisition of bidding documents (Egyptian time)
(1) The bidding announcement of these two tender project will be published from 23/04/2024 to 25/04/2024.
(2) Deadline for obtaining bidding documents: 25/04/2024.
(3) Bidders who do not download the bidding documents on time will not be accepted

VI. Submission of tender documents
(1) The deadline for submission of documents for the two tenders is
08/05/2024.:
(2) Way of submission of documents: Only accept the online electronic bidding method. Bidders shall submit and upload the tender documents in PDF format with the bidder's electronic signature to email a.abdelbaky@egyteda.com before the deadline.
(3) The bid documents shall not accept which are not submitted within the time limit.
