To develop Egyptian technological exports: The Chamber of Industry Technology "CIT" opens the door for companies to participate in the Egyptian pavilion in "GITEX Global Dubai 2024"

    The Chamber of Information Technology and Communications Industry - CIT, sponsor of the digital industry - is preparing to participate in the activities of the 44th session of the GITEX GOLBAL Dubai 2024 exhibition and conference, which will be held at the Dubai World Trade Center from 14 to 18 October. The Chamber is sponsoring the Egyptian pavilion, which It will include about 20 Egyptian companies specialized in the fields of information and communications technology.

    For his part, Engineer Khaled Ibrahim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Information and Communications Technology Industry (CIT), confirmed that participation in the exhibition comes in accordance with the plan of the “International Business Development” axis, which is implemented by the Chamber in order to help its member technology companies to open new markets for them and better promote their solutions, products and services in the field. The Middle East region, in addition to identifying partnership opportunities with their counterpart technology companies, whether participating in the exhibition or located in the Arabian Gulf region, by providing “exhibition spaces” to hold business meetings within the Egyptian pavilion.

    He added that the Chamber’s organization of the third session of the Egyptian Pavilion at the exhibition comes based on the expression of many companies’ desire to participate in the “GITEX Global 2024” exhibition, as well as in light of the positive results achieved by the participating companies in the last session, whether at the level of contracts, agreements and partnerships that were concluded, in addition to the desire. In enhancing future cooperation with its clients in the Gulf region and the Middle East.

    On the other hand, Ahmed Al-Sabki, a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Information and Communications Technology Industry (CIT) and head of the International Business Development Hub, said that the Egyptian pavilion will include technology companies specialized in the field of communications solutions, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, software applications, information security, and technology consulting services. And content solutions, and financial sector solutions, as the CIT Chamber works according to an ambitious strategy targeting the regional, Arab and African expansion of Egyptian companies and highlighting the competitive advantages available in local products and cadres.

    It is known that the "GITEX Global 2024" exhibition will include the participation of about 600 exhibiting companies, about 6,000 participating entities, and about 170,000 experts and executives in the field of information and communications technology from 180 countries. It is also considered the commercial gateway for information and communications technology in the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia.
