I. Bidding Conditions

Commissioned by Egypt-TEDA Investment Company, Benaa consult group conducted a public tender for The Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Expansion Area - Blue-Collar Phase 2 and outside Infrastructure Facilities.

II. Project overview and bidding scope

(1) Project Overview: The Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Expansion Area Blue-Collar Phase 2 and outside Infrastructure Facilities, the main construction content includes Building (Around 3’300 m² - 3 floors) and outdoor facilities (Includes building structure (Steel structure & concrete Structure), architecture, mechanical, electrical and outside Infrastructure Facilities includes roads networks, water, sewage and low voltage cables, etc.).

(2) Construction site: The project is located in the extension zone of 3^rd sector of north-west Gulf of Suez Economic Zone, TEDA, Ain Sokhna Industrial Zone, Suez Canal Economic Zone, Egypt.

(3) The planned construction period requirements: (10) months after the winner get the construction order from the owner (Final construction period will be confirmed in the contract).

(4) Project quality requirements: meet the Egyptian acceptance standards.

III. Deadline for announcement and acquisition of bidding documents (Egyptian time)

(1) The bidding announcement of this tender project will be published from 11/05/2025 to 17/05/2025

(2) The deadline for obtaining the bidding documents for this bidding project is: 02/06/2025

(3) The tenderer will not accept any bidder who fails to receive the bidding documents within the assigned time limit.

IIII. How to obtain bidding documents?

Bidders should obtain the bidding documents from the consultant office from 12 o'clock to 5 o'clock (PM) Egyptian Time.
