I.  Bidding Conditions:

Commissioned by Egypt-TEDA SEZONE Development Company, Electromechanical Design Center (EDC) conducted a public tender for Construction Works for 2.86 km2 water tank

II.   Project Overview and Bidding Scope:

(1)  Project Overview: Construction Works for 2.86 km2 water tank, the main construction content includes the excavation, concrete structure, pumps, pipes and electromechanical work.

(2)  Construction site: The project is located in The Extension Area 2.86 Km2 of 3rd sector of north-west Gulf of Suez Economic Zone, TEDA, Ain Sokhna Industrial Zone, Suez Canal Economic Zone, Egypt.

(3) The planned construction period requirements: (12) months after the winner get the construction order from the owner (Final construction period will be confirmed in the contract).

(4)  Project quality requirements: meet the Egyptian acceptance standards.

III.    Contractor Qualifications:

The contractor (or a party to the contractor consortium) must have the construction qualification issued by the Egyptian Federation of Construction Contractors.

IV.   Deadline for Announcement and Acquisition of Bidding Documents (Egyptian Time):

(1)  The bidding announcement of this tender project will be published from 26/04/2026 to 02/05/2026.

(2)  The deadline for obtaining the tendering documents for this bidding project is: 02/05/2026.

(3)  The deadline for submission of the bidding documents for this bidding project is: 20/05/2026.

(4)  The tenderer will not accept any bidder who fails to receive the bidding documents within the time limit.

V.   The Control Price should be: 2,311,212.39 USD.

VI.   How to Obtain Bidding Documents?

Bidders should obtain the bidding documents from the consultant office from 12 o'clock to 5 o'clock (PM) Egyptian Time.
