Ali Nour El-Din, Regional General Manager for the Middle East and

for open source software, Noureddine said, "IBM" and "Red Hat" have
deep open source values and experiences, as the cooperation between
the two companies extends for more than 20 years to make open source

to expand the process of digital transformation, which creates a large

largest and fastest growing markets in the region.
Partnership with the Ministry of Communications
With regard to cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and
Information Technology, Nour El-Din expressed his happiness to meet
with representatives of the Ministry of Communications, especially the
aspects of encouragement and support granted by the ministry in
accordance with its strategy to build the capacity of the Egyptian
human being and enhance the digital transformation process for
government agencies, which is consistent with the company's plans to
qualify and train Egyptian cadres specialized in The field of open
source software, stressing that the company already has about 15
agreements with Egyptian universities to make its software available
as an educational curriculum for university students, and we need to
expand the completion of such agreements and activate it also through
the global “Red Hat Academy” program. open source.
He added, the qualification of students in the field of information
security was also discussed, through strengthening cooperation with
the "iTi" Institute for the Rehabilitation of Human Resources. In the

Nour El-Din explained that the Egyptian cadres have 3 very strong
competitive elements to be present in the global markets, the first of
which is competence and technical skill, the second is the competitive
financial cost, and the third is the possession of diverse languages,
as it is easy to find human competencies who are fluent in speaking a
