DXB Live contributed as the main contractor in the 42nd edition of GITEX Global, the largest event of its kind in the ICT sector in the region, and one of the largest annual trade events in the technology industry worldwide. Responsible for providing infrastructure and integrated event services for the entire exhibition space and exhibitors, DXB Live brought a wealth of expertise to this prestigious event.
300,000 feet of exhibition space
In addition, DXB Live lead an expert team on the design and construction of around 370 pavilions and exhibition stands, several activity areas, 33 pavilions for a group of public and private international companies across an area of more than 300,000 square feet. Amongst the most noted pavilions were the Digital Dubai Authority Pavilion, Du, Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) Pavilion and the GDRFA pavilion, each of which was located on an area of more than 3,000 square feet alongside the Sharjah Digital Government pavilion, the Oracle display stand, Saudi NEOM, OOCLA, and other international companies. In addition, the design implementation and construction of about 300 small exhibition and 37 of the most prominent activity areas were spread out over 26 halls and 3 huge tents. To further accommodate the increasing number of exhibiting companies, DXB live also delivered the design and construction of 20 theaters, 10 flexible meeting rooms, special event spaces, and other event areas.
750,000 square feet of carpets
As the main contractor for the event, DXB Live managed exhibition floors, indoor and outdoor public spaces flooring and carpeting for a combined area of 750,000 square feet.

1,000 engineers and workers
More than 1,000 engineers, technicians and skilled workers in all disciplines worked to bring the space and experience to life. The planning of the exhibition spanned 8 months and construction was completed in 10 days. The teams at DXB Live tirelessly worked to build the largest edition in the history of the event. Offering a range of exclusive services at the various pavilions and areas of the exhibition, GITEX undoubtedly achieved its goal of attracting visitors from all over the world to this exceptional global event held from the 11th to 14th of October 2022. .

The team developed more than 24 hours of dazzling content which was displayed throughout 72 interactive platforms ranging from metaverses, virtual reality, 3D images, robotics, and artificial intelligence, to transparent touch screen applications. The event featured what can be described as the most advanced technological applications ever, enabling the user to realize what was once considered impossible.
Finally, DXB Live demonstrated its potential as an influencing factor in the new digital world, XVERSE, at GITEX, where the creative technology team shared knowledge and expertise in shaping and realizing the vision of the organizers from start to finish including finding partners and examining technologies with latest in cutting edge metaverse technology. DXB Live has put its vast experience to good use by developing technical productions to inspire the world and showcase the potential of metaverse to everyone.
