GOODYEAR WILL UPSKILL FLEET TECHNICIANS WITH LATEST DIGITAL TIRE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

To further support fleet customers achieve even higher operating efficiency, Goodyear Middle East & Africa (MEA) will roll out “TireOptixTM”, an advanced digital tire monitoring solution, across various major fleets in Egypt. These fleets ply the major supply routes on a daily basis in the country, ensuring that daily necessities and other supplies reach end-consumers.
The advanced tire monitoring system will be implemented onto a total of 550 trucks across the various fleets. Utilizing mobile tools, the system is designed to allow fleet operators to capture tire data accurately and efficiently, which is transferred to the TireOptixTM application.
The TireOptixTM application will convert the data into a customized fleet reports that allows fleet operators to implement improvements promptly.
The reports also enable fleets to assess more accurately overall tire health and will, in turn, be able to support fleet operators improve the lifespan of their respective fleet’s tires and enhance operational safety and efficiency.
Goodyear will also support with upskilling technicians with TireOptixTM monitoring training and knowledge at the fleets which are adopting this cutting-edge technology. The fleets are Al Magd Group Investments, Capital Star for Supply,Trade and Transportation, Ebad Elrahman for Transportation Services and International company for services – Road Master.
