DX4IT is an incremental standard capability-based reference architecture for IT companies in Egypt. It provides a common vocabulary, reusable designs and industry best practices such as: ITIL, COBIT, Agile, DevOps, CMMI, and TOGAF. DX4IT capabilities’ definition is based on five dimensions: Process, People, Information Systems and Technology. The fifth dimension is concerned with measuring the Outcome and Performance from the capability.

- Implementation: the service includes the following components to be delivered in 6 months:
- Online training: 2 hours per capability.
- Consultation : 12 visits (build 6 basic capabilities).
- Final assessment: 2 days.

· Testing organizations (DX4SW).
· Organizations aiming to assess DevOps implementation only.
· Support organizations.

· Local Small and Medium-sized IT Enterprises that:

o Operating since 2 years at least.
