Fawry, Egypt’s leading fintech company, announced a new collaboration through Fawry Business with Congineer, a company specializing in integrated technology solutions for the retail and business sectors and the official authorized partner of Retail Pro in Egypt. The partnership aims to provide an integrated technology solution that connects retail and business operations management, through a system incorporating Retail Pro and Odoo solutions, with advanced digital payment solutions.
The integration connects Retail Pro system, through Congineer’s solutions, with Fawry’s point-of-sale (POS) and payment solutions, allowing merchants to manage their sales operations through their operating system and process payments through Fawry’s solutions, whether using Congineer’s POS devices or Fawry’s POS devices.
The integrated solution provides businesses with greater flexibility in managing their day-to-day operations, offering multiple operational benefits, including streamlining daily processes by bringing together sales management, point-of-sale functions, and payment processing within one interconnected system, while reducing manual intervention through process automation to minimize human errors and accelerate workflows. It also provides comprehensive financial visibility through clear and accurate reports on operational and financial activities. In addition, it enables flexible payroll management, as Fawry Business’ payroll portal allows businesses to schedule and transfer employee payments through bank accounts, e-wallets, “myfawry yellowcard,” or cash vouchers.
This collaboration comes as part of Fawry Business’ approach to expanding its range of digital solutions for the business sector through integration with specialized technology systems. This helps merchants and businesses manage their payment and operational processes in a more integrated manner while meeting their growing need for flexible and easy-to-use digital solutions.
