Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between ITIDA and NEC, the global IT and electronics company, on cooperation in the field of digital economy and digital transformation, and the establishment of a center of excellence for the company in Egypt as a center. To serve the Middle East and North Africa region by employing skilled Egyptian talent in cooperation with ITIDA to develop and enhance the company's business in the region.
The Memorandum of Understanding provides for cooperation between ITIDA and NEC International in the areas of capacity building, sharing of best practices, information exchange in the fields of ICT, such as data center solutions and network infrastructure solutions. The MoU was signed by Hala El Gohary, CEO of ITIDA Mr. Tomoki Naka, Executive Director of NEC Communications and Information Technology on behalf of Seguro Kondo, NEC Wireless Sector Director
Dr. Talaat also witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between ITIDA and WADEF to support startups incubated at the Center for Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Technological Entrepreneurship (ITEC) of ITIDA
The company's services, developed under the name “Starter Pack”, include advertising jobs needed by startups through its online recruitment platform, as well as selecting the best candidates for the job, and inviting potential candidates for those jobs.
The company will also provide advertising services for startups and training grants and unlimited access to potential students and fresh graduates. The company will also sponsor TEC recruitment fairs and activities, especially those that will be implemented in new creative centers, Ismailia and Mansoura Innovation Centers.
