Jumia also aims to encourage and inspire customers to use electronic payment systems to be able to move toward a cashless society. Moreover, “Electronic” payment through JumiaPay ensures cashless payments between customers and couriers, which in turn will help reduce the risk of spreading Coronavirus.”
The new service launched by Jumia today is considered as a quick response to customer requests, especially in Egyptian the governorates and provinces, in order to reduce the burden of delivery on customers and allow all customers to shop and buy on the Jumia platform without any restrictions. Jumia is committed to delivering all products and goods as soon as possible, as this free shipping service for all governorates, is considered to be an unprecedented service in the Egyptian market.
The free shipping services include all products and goods through Jumia platform according to the minimum purchase available for each governorate, which helped contribute to the logistics sector in Egypt.
