Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, witnessed the signing of the cooperation protocol between the Information Technology Institute and Vodafone Smart Solutions (VOIS), which aims to provide specialized training to qualify young cadres in a number of fields from the kitchen; Including software development and testing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, information security, and Internet architecture, by providing new and diverse job opportunities for graduates of the institute to work in the company.
It is also still witnessing cooperation in providing multi-field curricula in the Arabic language and for free through the Maharah Tech platform of the Information Technology Institute, in a number of diverse specializations required for the labor market, as well as cooperation in holding various competitions in the field of technology, technical expertise, qualification, and students and graduates of the Institute for the market. the job.
The cooperation was signed by Dr. Heba Saleh, President of the Information Technology Institute, and Rania Salah, CEO of Vofone Smart Solutions Egypt.
Information Technology, Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Information Technology, said that Egypt has many other components in the field of the outsourcing industry and the export of information technology services, the most prominent of which is the availability of youth cadres trained at the highest level throughout the republic; Adding that there is currently a large group of programs that include building a matrix of specializations in various disciplines, and working to expand these specialized programs and meet the requirements of companies operating in the outsourcing industry in Egypt, as well as to expand the volume of service exports.
Dr. Amr Talaat pointed out that the training record and number increased over 5 years, increasing from 4,000 trainees in a budget of 50 million pounds to 400,000 trainees in a budget of 1.7 billion pounds in the current fiscal year. He called for paying attention to large segments of young people in order to use digital technology to work according to the liberal model of remote self-employment. I noted the efforts of the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology and the Digital Information Network throughout the Republic, which spread many opportunities for young people in the field of information technology in the free labor market as well as the development of digital technology outsourcing.
For her part, Dr. Heba Saleh, Head of the Information Technology Institute (ITI), said that the partnership with the “Voice” company has a long history... only to provide specific services to different sectors of youth within the vision of the Ministry of Information Technology and Human Skills in the Information Technology Sector; Including that cooperation in the current period is currently noticeable in registering trainees and those enrolled in job opportunities in the company, and it is also scheduled to establish a training academy in partnership with the Institute for Joint Cooperation for Youth; It hosts that the cooperation included making electronic training content available on the institute’s electronic platform, “Maharat Tech.” Where the main element is always focused on providing services for each chapter of technological information.
He considered that Vodafone Smart Solutions Company (VOIS) represents the leader of the global Vodafone Group, leading in quality and efficiency in 28 countries around the world, and works with partner companies specialized in adding a designer, and participates in the best various services and direct interaction services.
