Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, issued a decree assigning Hany Mohamed Mahmoud Abdel Majid Ali Abdel Aziz, the former Minister of State for Administrative Development, to serve as a consultant to the Prime Minister for administrative reform for a year.
